Can I pay in a different currency?
At checkout you can pay in USD. If you wish to pay in another currency, please contact us [email protected]
Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. There's no minimum subscription length. Simply cancel your subscription before the next billing period and you won't be charged again.
What happens to my projects if I cancel my subscription?
Your projects will remain untouched, and you'll simply revert back to the free plan.
Do you provide discounts for educational institutions?
Yes, we provide discounts for educations. Please contact and let us know about your project!
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not happy with your Sheety subscription for whatever reasons within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we'll sort a refund.
How do I update my payment details?
To update your payment details go to the Dashboard, click your email address, and go to Settings. Then click "Manage Subscription" to change your payment details.
How do I get my invoices?
Invoices are emailed each month. To manually download invoices, go to the Dashboard, click your email address, and go to Settings. Then click "Manage Subscription" to access past invoices.
How do I add my VAT number to my invoices?
To add your VAT number to invoices, please contact us.
I can't see an option to upgrade my account in "Manage Subscription"
